You may be doing everything right but still feel back pain, ankles compressed, tight calves and knee pain starts to get worse, yet you are fit and cant see what the problem is..
Top tip: Look at your shoes.
If you wear trainers like these:?with a lifted heel, not far off a high heel on a womens pair of shoes either at 2 inches or 4 inches.just a heel lift of 2 inches can shift the body forward of its centre
of gravity by 22.5 degrees. Today, the fashion is for higher heels, they are just massive! 4 inch heels are normal. The compressionn in your ankles
is immense, and this measns your mobility in your foot would be diminished, almost rigid.
Im not saying dont wear high heels, if you have to because of work or you just love them to death, look after your feet more than are doing.
heels are worn all day at work, to and from work, lunchtime walking around town, walking around the office, 8 ? 12 hours five days a week.
Just spending 10 ? 15 minutes a night massaging the feet, getting the shape back in the foot, mobilising the ankles, isnt a big ask is it?
So go on, get those feet treated tonight, get them moving, get the shoes off, get the feet mobilised, walk on uneven ground, wiggle the toes, spread them apart and mobilise them.
Your back, hips, knees will thank you, your gait will improve, the repercussions of mobilising the feet are massive.
Find a Kinetic Chain Assessor to decompress your ankles and away you go?, they will create neurological space in your ankles and you will have homework to do to keep that space : )?
? You will squat, lunge and walk, run a lot better..
