We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team in Sun City, Arizona. Marketing Outreach Coordinator responsibilities include: census development; public relations; networking; relationship building; identifying and cultivating relationships with referral sources for future residents; public speaking engagements; special events promotion and coordination; external marketing efforts; varied promotional efforts both internal and external geared toward targeting potential residents and referral sources; external marketing strategic plan development and execution; serves as backup for processing admissions, conducting tours, and responding to inquiries on the phone or in person.

Skills / Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess the art of natural presentation and public speaking
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills including, Word, Outlook, Excel
• Detail orientated with an ability to meet project deadlines
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable and dependable, good attendance required
• Knowledge of marketing principles
• Proven ability to build and nurture business contacts
• Prefer two years work experience in marketing or community outreach
• Ability to pass drug, background and TB test
