I keep seeing them. Dean Graziosi. 2 others. They seem to advertise Foreclosed and ?Proxy? Sales, homes that arent exactly foreclosed?

What do you think of these ?Systems?? Are they Scams? CAN they work?

What is the Deal?

Scams. How do you think they are making their money? foreclosed real estate? or having some sucker buy their product? If you want the information, look up how to do these things on the internet, and get lists of property to be auctioned from the county auditor?s site for tax lien certificate sales, or a list of bank foreclosed properties from a realtor. If one realtor won?t give it to you, ask another. You do not need their product.
